In this 3-hour nesting session, the mother-to-be will receive support organizing the nursery and other nesting areas, creating a birth bag, developing a postpartum sanctuary plan, and preparing frozen meal prepping. I will provide details about how to organize a meal train with foods that meet your nutritional needs. We will also discuss ways to support momma and baby in your postnatal healing journey through physical care, essential items, and proper nutrition.
