Replenish. Nourish. Flourish.

Newborn Baby

$30 | hour

Motherly Postpartum care is judgment-free and family-focused with the understanding that every family is unique. I will help the mother-baby unit meet their new emotional, physical, and emotional needs during this transitional period to set the tone for healing to come. I also aim to build comprehensive family care so that your partner and any siblings are provided with support to transition into this new chapter with ease. Each visit may look different and is shaped around your needs at that time. It may look like giving you space to shower and nap while I watch the baby and prepare food. It may look like me joining for a visit to the pediatrician as a note taker or to help you manage the first trip out with baby. It may look like giving you time for skin-to-skin snuggles while I help with the siblings.

What clients are saying

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Therese! She was an absolute lifesaver during my postpartum period. From day one, she brought such calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable support into our home.

She helped us navigate sibling integration with such grace and sensitivity—our older children felt included, loved, and important throughout the entire transition, which meant the world to us.

When we discovered my baby had a tongue tie, Therese was incredibly supportive, helping us understand our options and guiding us through the process with evidence-based information and emotional reassurance.

On top of that, I developed mastitis and she immediately stepped in to help me manage the physical discomfort while also making sure I was emotionally supported and not overwhelmed.

Her care was truly holistic—supporting not just me and the baby, but our entire family. I felt seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way. If you’re considering a postpartum doula, I wholeheartedly recommend Therese. She’s a gem!"
